Best source for aircraft grade, 2024-T3 aluminum for skin repairs. Most vintage trailers use .032 guage, except Westcraft who uses .040 for the flat sections and .052 for the compound curve sections, thus adhering quite well to their motto of "The Quality Leader".

SPARTAN FRONT PLEXIGLAS WINDOW WEATHERSTRIP -
The weatherstripping for the curved Plexiglas front windows on the early1946 - 1953 models can be purchased through J.C. Whitney. After you click on the following link <J.C. Whitney >, put the item number 18548G into the "Search For" field box, hit enter and it will take you to a page with the correct type of weatherstripping. However, there are different sizes, so you then need to click on the Style Menu and scroll down to Style B, SKU# 1JA812465. Also, the '46 model Manors have square cut corners, so you will need to cut two angles into this style, at the those corners, for it to fit properly. It can take two to three people to re-install these windows, (having a third person inside is helpful) and keep plenty of soapy water on hand to make things easier. Be sure to install the weather stripping with the locking strip facing out, and with it out of it's channel, working it into the channel AFTER the windows themselves are in.

The later 1954-1958 models use a thicker rubber which can be purchased through this site <Intro Home Improvment> using the following item number AS1216. It's only sold in 50 ft. lengths, however, which is more than you'll need....though it's good for installing one solid piece with only one seam, instead of putting it in pieces and ending up with more than one seam. This type of weatherstrip also uses a removable locking strip which you'll need to purchase separately and which the site will automatically suggest for you upon check out.
