The Birchwood Beauties Vintage Trailer-Coach Company's
PHILOSOPHY OF BUSINESS PRACTICES PAGE

One of the reasons I'm attracted to things from the thirties, forties and fifties is not only because of how things looked, but also, for how well they were made. From the collection of the things I have from this period it's become apparent to me that, for the most part, people cared about the quality, and even style, of the products they made. In fact, some people cared a lot. People like J.Paul Getty Jr., C.E.O. of the Spartan Airplane (Trailer-Coach) Company, and Walley Byam, the father of Airstream Trailers, as well as many, many others who built these wonderful coaches did. In fact, J. Paul himself used to roll up his sleeves and show his workers how he wanted things done on his coaches personally, and if it didn't pass his Chief Inspector Francis McNair's watchful eye, a coach was simply pulled off the line and redone. Wally Byam used to lead Airstream Caravans and rallys on a regular basis, just so he could see how his coaches performed in the real world. Then he'd go back to the factory and make the necessary changes and/or improvements. That's the same type of business philosophy I embrace managing Birchwood Beauties. That type of person, as well as, that type of strict adherence to quality and style, is a part of what's missing in our society today. Something was different back then.
Some say we've lost of values and no body really cares anymore.

Well, I, for one, am getting pretty tired of it, and one of the ways I can fight that attitude is....to care, and I do care deeply. Not only for these beautiful trailer-coaches from another time, but also about making sure that the people who have enough faith in Birchwood Beauties Vintage Trailer-Coach Company to commission a restoration, or simply have a little repair work, or a polish done, get the quality they deserve. Therefore, you have my personal guarantee that we won't be taking any shortcuts to achieve the results we aim for, and if something doesn't come out right the first time, we'll do it over until it does. Our aim is to provide you with the best there is in quality restoration and repair work PERIOD, and to that end, we've even found ways to put some trailer-coaches back together better than they were when they were new. You can be assured, that when you choose Birchwood Beauties to restore or repair your trailer-coach, or even if you purchase one of our unrestored coaches, everything will be exactly like we tell you it is, and that you'll be getting the best in whatever we can provide you with.
